Licences 4 Work are looking for an Experienced Administration and Customer Service Officer to join our expanding Malaga Training Site. The role will report directly to the Branch Manager.

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team on a Full-Time basis, which includes rotating Saturdays.

Your duties will include:

- Customer Service - at Licences 4 Work it is all about great customer service

- Serving customers, processing payments, taking current bookings over the phone and in person, meeting student needs

- Administrative duties - Data entry, file management, lodgments, contacting students

- General office duties

What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Excellent customer service skills

- Excellent computer skills

- Great time management skills





- Sales experience - desired

- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop relationships with all clients & stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and as a team player.

- Bubbly and bright personality that can working in a multi-skilled and multicultural team

If you have previous RTO experience then this will be extremely advantageous for you.
