We’re looking for a driven, people-first Cellar Door Manager to lead our team and shape the experience at our McLaren Vale cellar door.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on delivering memorable experiences, building community, and running a high-performing, seamless operation.
What’s involved?
Lead and develop the team: Train, coach and inspire a high-performing cellar door crew.
Own the experience: Deliver consistently exceptional, personalised tastings that reflect our brand and convert visitors into loyal customers.
Drive sales and Wine Club growth: Build robust conversion habits across the team and create genuine pathways from tasting to purchase and membership.
Manage operations: Oversee rostering, stock, reporting and customer enquiries to ensure a smooth and effective operation.
Build your network: Establish and grow relationships within McLaren Vale and the broader wine and tourism community.
Deliver events and activations: Execute tastings,
private bookings, and events that elevate our presence and bring people into our world.
Maintain product knowledge: Confidently communicate our wines, stories, and points of difference.
Lead by example: Champion safety, sustainability, and a positive, accountable team culture.
