We're seeking safety-focused and reliable Process Operators to join a high-performing processing team on a 2:1, FIFO roster.

If you have a strong understanding of processing plant operations and thrive in a fast-paced production setting, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role:
Operate and monitor mineral processing and flotation circuits
Conduct routine inspections and plant housekeeping
Identify and report equipment faults and process issues
Perform basic maintenance and assist with shutdown activities as required
Work safely in accordance with site procedures and company policies
Contribute to achieving production targets while maintaining quality standards

Required Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience as a Process Operator in a mineral processing plant




Demonstrated flotation experience (essential)
Current Working at Heights ticket (issued within the last 2 years)
Current Confined Space Entry ticket (issued within the last 2 years)
Current Gas Test Atmospheres ticket (issued within the last 2 years)
Current White Card
Solid commitment to safety and teamwork
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
