Risk, Compliance and Obligations Lead
$1000 to $1300 per day

A leading enterprise organisation is seeking an experienced Risk and Compliance Lead to ensure they meet their regulatory obligations.

Long term contract - Hybrid in Sydney.

Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain the obligations register
Stay abreast of regulatory change and ensure the organisations meets the recent obligations
Produce governance documentation, obligation frameworks, policies and standards and testing frameworks.
Engage with the regulatory bodies
Define the regulatory reporting requirements
Review existing controls, checks and balances and ensure they are fit for purpose

Desired experience:
Experience working a leading risk and regulation role within a highly regulated industry
Experience working with regulators
Experience defining current risk and compliance obligations and ensuring they are met
Experience creating current frameworks and processes to meet risk and compliance obligations
