Aim Dental Group is looking for a confident, personable, and motivated Dental Receptionist to join our friendly Woodvale team.

This is not just a "front desk" role — we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating exceptional patient experiences, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in being the welcoming face of our practice from the moment a patient walks through the door.

Whether you already have dental reception experience or come from a strong customer service background and are looking for the right opportunity to step into the dental industry, we would love to hear from you.

Previous experience within the dental industry or with D4W/Dentally software will be highly regarded; however, full training and support will be provided for the right person with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
