What You'll Do
Prepare and cook meals across grill, pans and fryers during service
Deliver consistent, high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen




Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team during peak trade
Keep your section clean, organised and service-ready
Follow food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards
Communicate effectively to help keep service running smoothly

What We're Looking For
Demonstrated experience as a Chef or Cook in a rapid-paced kitchen
Confidence working across grill, pans or fryers during busy service
Experience in a high-volume pub, hotel or bistro kitchen is preferred
Reliable transport to and from the venue
Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is highly regarded
