Exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven Work Health and Safety Coordinator to join our growing WA team.

About the role

Reporting to the WHS Manager, you’ll partner with management teams to foster a solid, proactive, safety-first culture. This diverse and exciting chance offers you the chance to travel to our aged care facilities across the Perth metro region and make a meaningful difference in the Aged Care sector. Your key responsibilities will include:
Maintain and embed Donesafe
Manage hazards, incidents, risk assessments, audits and training
Develop and review SWMS, SOPs and WHS documentation
Provide safety advice, support HSRs and promote WHS & wellbeing initiatives
Prepare and present safety performance reports

What you'll bring
Qualifications in WHS (minimum of a Cert IV in WHS)
Proven experience in a front facing WHS role, preferably in the Health,



Aged Care or Disability sector
Driver's License, reliable vehicle, and willingness to work across different facilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident in engaging, influencing and working with teams at all levels
Experience conducting WHS Inspections and Audits
Workers Compensation experience is ideal but not essential
National Police Clearance (within past 6 months), NDIS Workers Screening Check, 2026 influenza vaccination, and full working rights in Australia
