We are seeking a Site Administrator to support a major drill and blast contract, working alongside approximately 90 operational staff. This is a key role ensuring smooth site administration and logistics.
About the Role
This position is site-based on an 8 days on / 6 days off roster, working 12.5 hour shifts. You will be responsible for managing travel and accommodation bookings, handling data entry, and providing general administrative support to the operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings for site personnel.
Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks.
Assist with daily site administration and reporting.
Support operational staff with documentation and compliance requirements.
Ensure smooth communication between site and Perth office.

Experience not necessary, but solid administration and organizational skills are essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
Current National Police Clearance.
