Action Workforce is currently seeking experienced LF Counterbalance, High Reach Forklift Operators, and LO Order Pickers to join multiple leading warehousing and logistics clients across Kemps Creek and Horsley Park.

With a variety of sites and shift options available, we have opportunities to suit experienced operators looking for ongoing work.

Competitive pay rates ranging from $33.00 to $43.00 per hour (depending on role, shift and site)

LF - Counterbalance Forklift Operators
LF - High Reach Forklift Operators
LO Order Pickers

Key Responsibilities:
Operating forklifts or LO order pickers safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading trucks
Put-a-ways and replenishment
Picking and packing orders
Stock movement and inventory tasks
General warehouse duties as required
Following all workplace health and safety procedures

To Be Successful You Will Have:




Current LF and/or LO Licence
Experience operating counterbalance, high reach, or LO equipment
Ability to work in a rapid-paced warehouse environment
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Reliable transport and excellent attendance
Full Australian working rights
Ability to provide 100 points of identification
