Reporting to the Merchandise and Promotions Manager this is a rare chance to secure a Category management role based in Western Australia within the fun, rapid-paced and highly competitive liquor industry.

You will be part of a high performing team with a supportive culture. Within the industry you will forge strong relationships with suppliers, winemaker's and other key stakeholders in the world of wine.

Responsiblities:
Bi-annual wine category range reviews
Category analaysis
Ownership of supplier relationships across the wine category
Creation of promotional programs
Negotiating trading terms
Presenting wine insights and updates

Negotiating and executing consolidated orders
Liaising with wholesalers

This is a rare and exciting opportunity where the following skills and experience will be highly recognised and rewarded:
Substantial experience in wine - WSET training is highly regarded
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel with a focus on analysis , forecasting and financial modelling
Solid time management skills
Superior communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
Ideally 2+ yeas experience in a similar role
