What You’ll Do
Assist in the Coordination of venues, catering, AV and logistics for meetings, training and national events
Manage event registrations and attendee enquiries
Prepare in office materials: signage, badges, merchandise
Support comms with accurate event listings and promotions
Assist with admin tasks including scheduling, minutes and supplier invoices





What You Bring
1–2 years’ event experience
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Clear, professional communication
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, Teams & web tools
Willingness to travel and work after hours
