About the Position

An prospect awaits a motivated Business Development Manager looking to join an industry leader and first class builder in the investment market. Responsibilities will include:
Managing relationships with selling agents and channel partners
Nurture existing relationships and foster new relationships with business partners
Follow up contract requests from EOI through to signed contracts
Maintain robust relationships with land agents and developers when needed

What we're looking for:
Experience in a Business Development Manager position within residential new builds




Experience selling investment stock through channel partners
Able to work with volume with a high attention to detail
Customer - centric, service orientated approach!
Driven and looking to earn 200 - 300k + PA!
