About the Role:
This full-time role (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM) is perfect for a motivated, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll have the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of properties while receiving strong support from our experienced team.

We need someone who is:
Mature and confident in managing a wide range of clients
Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service, both in person and over the phone
Highly detail-oriented, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
A solid communicator, both verbally and in writing
Well-groomed, presentable, and professional at all times
Highly organized,
with excellent time management skills
In possession of a current driver’s license and a valid Real Estate Certificate of Registration
Your Key Responsibilities:
Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Manage arrears effectively
Routine inspections/Exits and Entries
Handle rent reviews, increases, and lease renewals
Maximum of 150 properties to manage
