About the Role
As a Production Worker in you will be responsible for:
Operating machinery and equipment in line with APVMA and GMP standards
Accurately following documented processes and procedures
Weighing raw materials to precise specifications
Conducting product quality checks
Cleaning and sanitising production areas to maintain hygiene and safety standards
Meeting production targets and deadlines
Undertaking comprehensive on‑the‑job training
Assisting across the business as required
What We’re Looking For
Reliability and commitment to assigned shifts
Ability to perform physical and repetitive tasks with the ability to lift 25kg
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production setting
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
A positive, team‑focused attitude
Forklift licence preferred but not mandatory
