We are looking for a reliable and motivated Labourer to join our busy sheet metal fabrication workshop. This is a hands-on role supporting our fabrication team with a variety of workshop duties. If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy physical work, and take pride in maintaining a secure and organised workplace, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting tradespeople with sheet metal fabrication and assembly
Loading and unloading materials
Operating basic workshop equipment (training provided)
Grinding, deburring, and finishing fabricated components
Preparing materials for fabrication
Packing and preparing completed orders for dispatch
Maintaining a clean, protected, and organised workshop
General labouring and warehouse duties as required
What We're Looking For
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Physically fit and capable of manual handling
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Current driver's licence (preferred)
Forklift licence
Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or a workshop environment is desirable but not essential
