Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a well-maintained, single-owner portfolio consisting of seniors housing and a small commercial portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to step away from high-volume portfolios and focus on delivering quality service in a supportive team setting.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:
Managing day-to-day property operations
Building strong relationships with tenants and the property owner
Coordinating maintenance and contractor works
Ensuring compliance with legislation and lease obligations
Working closely with the inspections and administration support team
Providing a high level of customer service and skilled communication
