We are a well-established steakhouse in Sydney seeking experienced and qualified waitstaff to join our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for those who understand refined service standards and take pride in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide attentive, high-end table service from guests arrival to departure

· Greet guests professionally, creating a welcoming first impression

· Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system

· Offer knowledgeable recommendations on steaks, sides, and wines

· Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout service

· Handle guest enquiries and resolve concerns professionally

· Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas and service stations

· Set up and close sections according to venue standards

· Ensure compliance with RSA and food safety requirements

· Work closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-end restaurant or steakhouse

· Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)





· Current Food Safety Certificate

· Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills

· Professional presentation and attention to detail

· Availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays

· Full working rights in Australia
