As a new depot currently building our operations and team, we are committed to creating a skilled, efficient, and positive working workplace. With the depot preparing to commence operations, we are looking for motivated and responsible individuals to join us and grow together with the company.
About the Role
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Empty Container Forklift Operator to join our empty container depot in Banksmeadow. This role is suited to a reliable and safety-focused operator who can work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Physically fit and capable of manual work
Available to start immediately
Key Responsibilities
Safely load and unload containers from trucks
Operate container handling equipment efficiently and safely
Perform accurate and reliable container stacking
Work independently while maintaining high safety standards
Follow all WHS/OH&S; regulations at all times
Support both day shift and night shift operations as required
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Duties include forklift operation and assisting with container survey as required.
About You
Strong work ethic and reliability
Safety-focused mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced depot environment
Confident working independently
Desirable (Highly Regarded)
Experience in container survey (M&R;, damage assessment).
