Are you a Quality professional with a mechanical engineering background looking for your next career step?
An established global engineering organisation based in Castle Hill is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join their growing Quality team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing quality experience who enjoys problem solving, working with engineering teams and being close to the production process.
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will support quality investigations, inspections, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Investigating quality issues, identifying root causes and supporting corrective actions
Managing quality reporting, data analysis and non-conformance activities
Conducting product and process inspections
Supporting ISO 9001 quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives
Working closely with Engineering,
Production, Supply Chain and suppliers
Reviewing technical documentation and engineering drawings
About you:
Mechanical Engineering qualification or relevant engineering background
2–3 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control or a manufacturing environment
Experience with quality systems, inspections and problem solving
Ability to interpret engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
A hands-on, collaborative approach

Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 7:30am/8:00am start to 3:30pm/4:00pm finish
