About the Role:
We have an exciting chance for a parts interpreter/sales administrator to join our busy and successful team in Wangara. This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service to our new and existing customers.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
Responding and managing customer enquiries from the counter, phone and internet;
Preparation of sales orders, purchase orders and quotations;
Assist team members with daily transactions;
Assist with warehouse duties as required;
Orperate our ERP system
About you:
Experience in a similar role will be advantageous but not essential. You will need to have great communication and customer service skills and attitude and a willingness to learn.
