The Schools Coordinator exists to grow the reach and impact of the Red Frogs Schools Program across Victoria and Tasmania. This role leads the development of the Schools Program by building robust relationships with schools, developing presenters, creating current opportunities and ensuring schools receive engaging, high-quality education and wellbeing initiatives.

Working alongside the State Manager and wider Victorian and Tasmanian team, the Schools Coordinator helps identify opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships while expanding Red Frogs into recent schools and communities. This includes implementing innovative initiatives such as boarding house support, breakfast clubs and other programs that help schools better support young people.

As part of the Victorian and Tasmanian team, this role also contributes to the wider mission of Red Frogs by supporting state initiatives such as Schoolies and Skatepark programs where required. While these programs form part of the role,



the primary focus is growing the Schools Program and increasing its impact across Victoria and Tasmania.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing people and creating opportunities that allow more young people to experience the care, support and positive influence of Red Frogs.
