Your responsibilities will include:
Proven experience as a used Car Sales Consultant in the automotive industry, with a focus on luxury and prestige vehicles
Assisting customers throughout the entire vehicle purchasing journey.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Negotiating sales professionally and ethically.
Working closely with our Business Manager to provide finance and warranty solutions.
Building long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
Maintaining excellent product knowledge across a range of prestige vehicle brands.
Consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.
