ABOUT THE POSITION.

This is an chance for a Quantity Surveyor who is looking to join a motivated and driven team and contribute on a diverse range of projects. In this role, you will be pivotal to the lifecycle of a project, from the feasibility of the project to the completion.

DUTIES.
Manage clients and other stakeholders
Responsible for variations and progress claims
Conduct Contracts Administration services
Responsible for measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans and bills of quantities/pre-tender estimates

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.




A bachelor’s degree in project management or construction management (Majoring in Quantity Surveying)
Minimum 2 years’ postgraduate experience in Quantity Surveying
Exposure to Residential, Commercial, Education and Health projects is benefical
