Crossmuller is seeking a reliable and motivated Groundsman / Labourer to join our team on the Central Coast. This is a full time position offering 40 hours per week, a Rostered Day Off (RDO), with overtime available.
Key Responsibilities:
Grounds maintenance including mowing, whipper snipping, edging, and general landscaping
General labouring duties as required
Operation of basic tools and equipment
Maintaining a safe and tidy work setting
Following workplace health and safety procedures
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience in grounds maintenance or labouring (preferred but not essential)
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying conditions
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Current driver’s licence (preferred)
Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain)
