Your Responsibilities
Creating qualified marketing material
Drafting agency agreements, contracts and sales documentation
Prospecting through telephone calls and targeted marketing campaigns
Assisting with social media content and digital marketing
Preparing properties for advertising and launch
Supporting your sales agent with day-to-day administrative tasks
Delivering exceptional customer service to vendors, purchasers and prospective clients

Skills & Experience
Current driver’s licence
Access to a reliable motor vehicle
Sales Licence (preferred but not essential)
Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
Positive attitude with a robust willingness to learn
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent organisational and time management skills
The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Location: Ray White Murray Bridge & Ray White Strathalbyn

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
