Are you a proactive HR professional looking for an opportunity to broaden your generalist experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment?
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to partner with leaders and employees across the business, providing end to end HR support throughout the employee lifecycle. This is a wide-ranging role where you'll have exposure to employee relations, recruitment, learning & development, remuneration and HR projects.

Key Responsibilities
Provide trusted HR advice and support to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
Partner with leaders on performance management, employee relations and workplace investigations.
Manage onboarding, offboarding and HR administration, ensuring accurate employee records.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment across a range of business areas.
Support workplace health and safety initiatives, workers compensation and compliance activities.
Assist with learning and development programs and training coordination.
Contribute to remuneration reviews, employee benefits and market benchmarking.
Prepare HR reports, maintain HR systems and support ongoing HR projects.

About You




Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
Experience managing employee relations matters with confidence and professionalism
Exposure to recruitment, performance management and HR policy interpretation
Highly organised with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
