About the role:

We are looking for a dedicated Barista & Cafe All Rounder to join our team. You will be making high-quality coffee, serving customers, handling food prep, and keeping the cafe running smoothly. This is an active, all-rounder role – no two days are the same.

What we require:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista (making coffee on a commercial machine – latte art skills are a plus).
Good English skills
Friendly, outgoing personality – you must enjoy chatting with customers and making them feel welcome.
Ability to work early mornings, including 6:00 AM starts.
Available to work at Ferntree Gully, Ivanhoe, or ideally both locations (flexibility across both cafes is a big advantage).
Strong work ethic, reliability,



and a friendly, positive attitude.
Experience in general cafe duties: table clearing, dishwashing, restocking, taking orders, food handling.
