Job Overview

· Provide ongoing, quarterly and end of year fund accounting for assigned clients and funds.

· Liaise with other fund accountants in the Camberwell office and assist the Director Operations with assigned tasks as delegated.

· Maintain direct liaison with key client contacts to ensure timely and efficient delivery of administration services

Responsibilities and Duties

Accountabilities:

· Maintain ongoing updating and maintenance of fund records including taxation returns and compliance requirements

· Complete the annual accounts for all allocated funds including full signature packs, resolutions and minutes as required.

· Provide direct interface with clients to handle queries and liaise with key appointed client contacts to maintain an ongoing relationship.





· Provide guidance and direction to fund accounting staff as required in Camberwell involving adherence to fund completion timetable, utilisation rate of staff and assignment of work.

· Reporting directly to the Administration Leadership Group, Victoria, provide weekly management reports as required using the report templates within the TAS portals.

· Report weekly to the Administration Leadership Group of Triple A Super in Melbourne in respect to fund completion, work in progress and other key administration metric

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
