As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, owning end-to-end recruitment while bringing market insights, sourcing expertise, and a passion for delivering a world-class candidate experience.

The Opportunity

This isn't business-as-usual recruitment.

You'll join a newly established Korn Ferry RPO supporting one of the world's leading media organisations, with the prospect to:
Partner directly with senior stakeholders across ANZ
Drive end-to-end recruitment and sourcing strategies
Influence hiring through talent market insights
Build talent pipelines across key business areas
Help design and evolve recruitment processes from day one

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with a strong background recruiting within the media, advertising, marketing, creative, digital, or agency sectors.

You'll bring:
Proven end-to-end recruitment experience in an RPO, embedded, agency, or in-house environment
Strong knowledge of the media and advertising talent landscape
Experience recruiting specialist talent across creative, client services, strategy, digital, commercial, marketing, and corporate functions
Exceptional sourcing, headhunting, and market mapping capability
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a build-and-scale environment
