As a McDonald's Maintenance Worker, you play an important role in ensuring the restaurant is clean, protected, and operating efficiently. You are responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and completing preventative maintenance tasks to support both customers and crew.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of all restaurant areas, including the dining room, kitchen, amenities, car park, drive-thru, and external grounds.
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
Perform preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment and report any faults or repairs required.
Empty bins and manage waste and recycling in accordance with company procedures.
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, floors, walls, cool rooms, freezers, and storage areas.
Ensure all health, safety, and food safety standards are followed at all times.
Assist with stock organisation and deliveries when required.




Support the restaurant team to ensure the restaurant is always presented to the highest standard.

Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Flexible availability, including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and public holidays.

Maintenance Workers are essential in creating a secure, welcoming, and well-maintained restaurant that provides the best possible experience for our customers and crew every day.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
