Positions Available:

Restaurant Floor Manager
Lead, supervise, and motivate the floor team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Manage staff rosters, breaks, and shift performance.
Train and mentor recent and existing team members.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering front-of-house supplies.
Ensure compliance with food safety, RSA,



and workplace health & safety regulations.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and end-of-day reconciliation.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in a Restaurant Supervisor or Floor Manager role.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
Current NSW RSA Certificate (essential).
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
