We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Attendant to bring elevated, attentive service to our diners and team player energy when working in the kitchen.
This role is for a hospitality qualified who understands precision, care and anticipating a need before it's spoken.

Key duties
Serve diners with confidence, professionalism and anticipatory service
Guide diners through menu selections
Learn diners' individual preferences
Deliver attentive, compassionate service at all times
Maintain robust floor awareness and seamless service flow
Uphold exceptional presentation and venue standards
Provide general support in the kitchen as needed,
including cleaning and sanitising, assisting with plating dishes, receiving deliveries and organising storage.
Criteria to be considered for this role
2 or more years’ experience in high-end hospitality venues
Consistent, exceptional service
Confident, calm and solutions-focused
Impeccable communication and attention to detail
Professional presentation and strong work ethic
Contribute to a positive and motivated kitchen atmosphere
Full Australian working rights
Flexible availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays.
