Located on the NSW South Coast, we are one of the most stunning waterfront dining venues in Australia. With the capacity to seat 100+ patrons and also host functions, candidates must be highly experienced and skilled. Come and work in a popular waterfront restaurant in a beautiful coastal setting.

Job Description

The successful candidate will:

● Prepare high quality meals for diners

● Follow safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen

● Manage less experienced kitchen staff and delegate tasks related to meal prep, cooking and delivering food to diners in a timely fashion

● Support the Head Chef in all duties

Required Skills and Experience

● Recognised chef qualification e.g Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

● 3+ years as a Chef in a full-service restaurant

● Excellent communication and organisational skills

● Ability to work in a quick-paced setting

● Experience in Asian fusion is a preference but not essential

Pay: $76,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
