As the Principal Program Officer, you will:
Coordinate day-to-day operations to deliver on relevant Community Recovery outcomes, supporting the department's capacity to deliver and maintain quality services.
Lead and support a team to deliver quality outcomes that align with organisational objectives through building team capability by providing guidance, coaching, and career development prospects, while fostering a cooperative and inclusive workplace culture.
Provide high-level strategic, tactical, and operational analysis, advice, and reporting on matters related to Community Recovery data collection, management, analysis, and performance.
Develop and implement business intelligence solutions and best-practice procedures to ensure that departmental data and statistics are processed, presented, and reported in an accessible, replicable, and high-quality manner for internal and external stakeholders.
Engage with communities of practice and stakeholders to provide expert advice on data performance, reporting, and intelligence.
Contribute to and apply data governance activities by reviewing, evaluating, documenting, and updating processes and methodologies used in the maintenance and reporting of Community Recovery data.
As a lead team member of Strategy and Engagement, participate in and contribute to strategic and business planning processes, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
Prepare a range of high-quality written materials, including executive correspondence, briefing material, speech notes, and information papers related to Community Recovery programs and initiatives delivered by the business unit.
