About the Role
As a Early Childhood Educator, you will:
Provide a safe, inclusive, and stimulating workplace that supports children’s learning and development.
Assist in the planning and delivery of age-appropriate educational activities.
Support the emotional, social and developmental needs of children.
Maintain hygiene, health and safety standards in the centre.
Build warm and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Observe, record and report on children's progress and behaviour.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid/CPR certification.
Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development.
