We are currently seeking a well-experienced and reliable Chef de Partie to join our team, working across multiple hospitality venues. This is a casual, on-call role offering flexible shifts depending on business needs.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in hotels, restaurants, or commercial kitchens
Robust knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations
Ability to work independently and within a team in a rapid-paced environment
Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Own transport is highly preferred due to multiple work locations
Valid Australian work rights
