Soul Origin Southland is currently seeking - Casual KITCHEN HANDS to join the team!

Do you love working with fresh ingredients to make delicious, well-presented food? Do you enjoy starting and finishing work early? Can you confidently work alone, or as part of a small team? Then the Back of House role is for you! You’ll be responsible for:
Preparing all menu items in a protected and productive manner.
Ordering and receiving stock.
Ensuring that all utensils and equipment are clean and sanitised before use.
Cleaning and closing the kitchen at the end of the day.

To be successful you’ll have:

· Experience using commercial grade knives
Proven ability to follow detailed make-guides and recipes
Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
Availability to work weekdays,



weekends and public holidays as required
A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Preferred: A minimum of 6 months food handling experience.
