Tokar Estate is seeking friendly, energetic, and professional team members to join our Cellar Door team.
This role is perfect for someone who loves wine, enjoys meeting people, and takes pride in creating a warm and memorable experience for every guest who visits. You’ll be part of a small, passionate team that values genuine hospitality and the relaxed, family-run feel that Tokar Estate is known for.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, informative wine tastings that reflect the Tokar story and wine range
Provide exceptional customer service in a welcoming and skilled manner
Assist with wine sales, packing orders, and maintaining the presentation of the cellar door
Support the setup and pack down of tastings and events
Uphold responsible service of alcohol and follow cellar door procedures
What We’re Looking For
A friendly and confident communicator who enjoys engaging with guests
A genuine interest in wine
A solid work ethic,
reliability, and attention to detail
Previous experience in cellar door sales
RSA certification and unrestricted Australian working rights required
Hours & Availability
Weekend availability is essential, particularly Saturdays, as these are our busiest days at the cellar door. Additional shifts on Sundays and occasional weekdays may also be available during the summer season.
This is a casual role with flexibility in hours for the right person. Local candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
