About the Role:
Pizza Box Cafe is a well-established, family-friendly venue in the heart of Kogarah, known forour traditional Lebanese pizzas, gourmet pizzas, and fresh baked goods. We are looking for askilled and passionate Baker to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an
experienced skilled looking to further their career with sponsorship support.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, mix, and bake a variety of bakery products, including bread, pastries, and
pizza bases, adhering to established recipes and production standards.

Operate and maintain commercial baking equipment, including ovens, dough
sheeters, and mixers.

Manage the fermentation and proofing process to ensure product consistency and
quality.

Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock
rotation.

Maintain a clean and organized work setting, strictly adhering to food safety
and hygiene regulations.

Work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace to meet production deadlines and
customer demand.

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
