Kickstart or grow your career in Eye Care! Join our growing Inner West team as an Optical Dispenser. Versatile 2–5 day roles, $28–$35/hr, no Sundays, no late nights.

About the Role
Assist patients with frame and lens selection
Handle fittings, adjustments, and repairs
Maintain displays and manage stock
Deliver excellent customer service from the first consultation to after-care
Work closely with our Optometrists and support staff

About You
Retail or customer service background is also considered
Confident communicator with strong people skills
Detail-focused and eager to learn
A positive team player
Saturday is required
Minimum of 1 year of optical experience preferred
