We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Store Manager to lead our crew at Chatime Craigieburn and help bring that experience to life every day.

What You'll Be Doing:

· Lead, coach, and help our team members grow in a positive and fun workplace

· Deliver outstanding customer service and brand experience

· Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures and policies

· Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and operational excellence

· Manage team rostering, stock-take, and stock ordering

· Support the rollout of promotions,



marketing campaigns and new product launches

About You:

· You're a people person who loves developing and inspiring a team

· You're highly organised with excellent attention to detail

· You're a confident communicator who is proactive and takes initiative

Previous experience in management or at Chatime is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: Up to $52.97 per hour
