Warehouse Assistant

We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Assistant to support day-to-day operations at our Western Sydney site. This role suits someone who’s organised, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership in a small, rapid-paced warehouse setting.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in keeping the Sydney warehouse running smoothly — assisting with daily tasks, organising freight, managing stock, and stepping up as second-in-charge when required.

Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you’ll help ensure operations remain protected, accurate, and on schedule, while supporting our drivers and maintaining high site standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support daily warehouse operations and help lead workflow
Act as 2IC in the absence of the Warehouse Manager
Coordinate deliveries, freight, and 3PL movements
Manage stock control, replenishment, and receipting into our EXO system
Maintain minimum 98% picking accuracy
Operate forklifts safely in indoor and outdoor areas
Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain organised storage areas




Assist with coordinating vehicle servicing and fleet upkeep
Maintain a clean warehouse, office, and vehicle fleet
Ensure all safety and OHS standards are met
Be a key point of contact for the Sydney site when required

What You’ll Need

Full driver’s licence
Forklift licence
Previous warehouse experience
Physically fit and comfortable lifting cartons regularly
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Reliable, proactive, and confident taking initiative
Up to date Police Check or willingness to obtain one (at DNHC’s expense)
