Very busy sweeping company seeking Sweeper Operators with MR/HR truck licence to operating out of our Wakerley depot.
Hourly rate - plus super
Overtime paid
Phone allowance
Casual rate - full time hours
Full time rate available
Along with performing your role to the highest level of safety and quality, you will be responsible for
Routine & daily checks of your vehicle in harmony with all NHVR & Company regulations.
Some mechanical knowledge of diesel engines & plant concepts advantageous
Previous experience an advantage but we are prepared to train candidates with the right qualities
Plant to be operated includes HINO trucks & MacDonald Johnson range of road sweepers.
These are Dual Control Vehicles
The successful candidate will be
Self-motivated, reliable and versatile about working hours.
Must be prepared to work night shift when required
Need a clean bill of health and a positive fitness level to alight from the vehicle many times a day.
Some manual labour operating leaf blower/rake /shovel etc
Prepared to undergo a full medical check.
Construction Industry Card (or prepared to obtain one prior to starting)
