Le Petit Nice is a current French Riviera bistro opening in the heart of Noosa Heads, bringing the flavours and spirit of Nice to the Sunshine Coast.
We're looking for an experienced Chef to run our kitchen and help bring our Niçoise-inspired menu to life — someone who can lead a team, keep costs in check, and run a tight, efficient kitchen.
You'll be responsible for:
Running day-to-day kitchen operations
Cost control and menu pricing
HACCP / food safety compliance
Leading and managing the kitchen team
Supplier negotiation and sourcing
Keeping the kitchen organised and productive
What you'll bring:
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Chef
Strong cost control and pricing skills
Solid HACCP knowledge
Team leadership experience
Supplier management experience
Trade qualification in commercial cookery (or equivalent)
