We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team and oversee construction projects from planning through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from commencement to completion.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor project progress and ensure work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Manage project costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers, and regulatory authorities.
Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to senior management.




Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.

Essential Requirements
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Desirable
Experience in residential, commercial, or civil construction projects.
Knowledge of contract administration and procurement processes.
Relevant project management certifications will be highly regarded.

Pay: $91,750.90 – $150,637.32 per year
