The Position
Prepare and deliver fresh, high-quality meals that students and staff enjoy every day.
Take ownership of daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency and exceptional food standards.
Lead, mentor and support kitchen team members to create a positive and team-oriented culture.
Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and OH&S; compliance.
Manage stock, ordering and food costs to maximise kitchen performance.

The Person
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
Proven experience working as a Chef in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.
Confident producing high-volume meals without compromising on quality, flavour or presentation.
Solid understanding of food safety, kitchen compliance and best-practice procedures.
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
A hands-on team player who takes pride in their craft and enjoys leading by example.
Able to obtain a paid Blue Card.
