Morning Shift: 5:00am to 1:06pm | $36.07 per hour + super

Claymore Personnel is recruiting experienced High Reach Forklift Operators for permanent full-time positions with a well-established company in Altona North.

This is not a short-term assignment. We need dependable, experienced operators who want stability, consistent hours and a genuine long-term career with a company that values its people.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Operating a High Reach forklift for putaway, replenishment and bulk storage
Picking and packing orders accurately
Using RF scanners and warehouse systems
Loading and unloading trucks
Completing stock control and general storeperson duties
Working safely and efficiently in a rapid-paced warehouse
Moving between ambient and chiller areas as required

What We Need From You:
Australian citizenship or permanent residency
A current Australian forklift licence




Strong and recent High Reach forklift experience
Confidence operating at significant racking heights
Previous warehousing, distribution or logistics experience
RF scanning and order-picking experience
The ability to work in both ambient and chiller environments
Excellent reliability, punctuality and attention to detail
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
A genuine commitment to permanent, long-term employment

Significant Requirements:

Successful applicants must be willing and able to complete:
A National Police Check
A full pre-employment medical assessment
Forklift competency testing
Reference checks
