Lead the Kitchen at Melbourne Coffee Culture

Melbourne Coffee Culture is looking for an experienced Chef / Head Chef to lead our kitchen in Broadbeach.

We're searching for someone who is passionate about quality food, thrives in a fast-paced café environment, and enjoys leading a team while maintaining consistently high standards.

Your Responsibilities
Prepare and present high-quality breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes
Lead daily kitchen operations and maintain an efficient workflow
Train and support kitchen staff
Manage stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
Maintain food quality and consistency across all menu items
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Work closely with management to improve menu offerings and kitchen performance

About You

We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience as a Chef or Head Chef
Can confidently manage a busy kitchen service




Has excellent organisational and leadership skills
Takes pride in producing consistently high-quality meals
Works well under pressure
Holds relevant food safety knowledge and qualifications
Is reliable, qualified and passionate about hospitality
