Our Augustus Gelatery Echuca store are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and hardworking Shift Supervisor to join our gelato team!

We pride ourselves on creating a positive experience for our customers and hope to create a team who will do the same. What we will be looking for is a bubbly gelato lover who is reliable, eager to learn and will contribute to maintaining a safe and fun working setting! As a Shift Supervisor, successful applicants will be responsible and reliable team players with excellent communication skills.

This is a Summer Casual Position, applicants must have high and flexible summer availability including late nights and weekend shifts. Position paid under Fast Food Industry Award rates.

Responsibilities include:
Assist store manager in the daily operations of shifts
Manage and supervise staff on shift to maintain morale and store cleanliness
End of Day (EOD) procedures
Manage customer complaints

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $15.71 – $45.82 per hour
