Due to the expansion of our organisation in 2022, we are inviting 2 leading hand carpenters/Foreman to join our progressive team to assist with many upcoming Remedial and Residential Renovation projects.

Responsibilities:
Supervision and coordination of direct labor workforce, other trades people and subcontractors to ensure completion of projects in accordance with our requirements.
Forecasting workload and communicating this to senior staff
Conflict resolution
Conducting safety checks and procedures and ensuring the HSE management system is implemented
Ordering materials and arranging delivery
Plan reading
Site measurements
Quality inspections
Attending site and office meetings
Supervising jobs through to completion
Arranging all aspects of projects
General carpentry skills a must

Requirements
At least 2 years of Remedial construction experience across heritage, civil, commercial,



strata or insurance projects
Experience across waterproofing, concrete and structural repair
Sound communication skills
General carpentry skills
Trade background/qualifications
Robust decision making and problem solving skills
Solid references
Must have own tools
Ability to work on tools as required
Must have own work vehicle

Salary negotiable - based on experience
